Megan Batty charmed us in her interview, and further impressed us during her audition. She is a graduate student at McGill in Feminist studies and Musicology, having recently completed Bachelor degrees in Education and Music.
We will be auditioning for our new season which has the theme of Resistance/Revolution at the end of August and beginning of September.
This event involves a tour of 4 different apartments in Rosemont Petite-Patrie. Maha will be stationed in one of the apartments and ready to charm their audience with a short concert.

Dear friends of Choeur Maha, we have big news.
Our dearest Solène has been selected to do a master's degree in musical pedagogy at the Institut Jaques-Dalcroze in Geneva, Switzerland for two years.
UPDATE: Friday was sold out with standing room only. We are simply over the moon. A very special thank you for Solène relentless expectation that we would get off book for the concert. Wow!
Chœur Maha continues their tradition of singing on this important day. The Concordia Office of Community Engagement has organized a 3-pronged visit in their public spaces. Each mini-concert will last 20 minutes.

Maha was honored to be asked to perform at the Centaur with Scapegoat Carnavale Theatre Company. We are singing original music by Brian Lipson along with two other choirs and soloists in the brand new translation of the play Oedipus.
Our concert "Que tourne la roue" is coming right up!
